They genuinely care about their consultants here and your development as an individual. There is a fundamental belief that we do the right thing for the client and that ethos of integrity is consistent across the Consultant and Partner levels

Pros

I joined Berkeley almost five years ago and have enjoyed my time here. The variety of work is good and the people are great to work with. The client work is interesting and you are treated like an adult.

Cons

The lack of bonus is a bit frustrating. I don't think Berkeley necessarily pay top quartile anymore.
