Pros

Let me start out by saying this is a review of TBI Mortgage, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers Autonomy, no one is over you neck seeing what you are doing and monitoring every phone call that you make.

Cons

They completely lie to your face regarding compensation and pay. Multiple people were told they would make over $100k. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! At best you can make $60k all the while being constantly stressed. They do not give you the resources nor the support to be successful. They will give you a pipeline of 80 loans and then tell reprimanded you for not "speaking with costumers". I have worked at 2 different banks and one broker shop since the new regulation of 2008 and this is the lowest paying company in the industry. You make $100 per loan....let me say that again you will make $100 per loan that you close. If you are lucky you will have 2 team members who can do the same and then you can make $300 dollars. They dangle other bonuses you can earn and give a base salary that a librarian can make and then tell you that you are being properly compensated. This place is a joke I am so glad I left and I hope anyone out there stays clear away. This company lies and you will be stuck in someone else's mess and then get yelled at for not being able to clean it up.

Pros

People do take care of each other inside the organization. Great benefits, dozens of employee discounts that are actually worth while, guesthouses across the country that employees can’t rent from your first day on. Employees here are usually here for the long run, it’s not uncommon to see 25 years+ on some.

Cons

well it’s very tough to get in the network of Toll. The pay is on the lesser side (in my line of work), seems to be an older demographic that works for toll - worth noting it is slowly changing. The horsham office is outdated.

Pros

Can't think of any. In fact, at one town hall, CEO told us to quit if we weren't happy. Well that's what I did.

Cons

If you are not related to the regional president, don't apply. Horrible work environment. At the interviews, they really try to sell you on the job. Once you are hired, there is no training and the job is nothing what they told you. They tell you that you will be under the assistant project manager training, but instead they through you in the job and tell you lie to corporate that you are doing the training program. 3 project managers quit in Orange County including me in the past 9 months. I was offered a raise when I left, which is what I heard happened to my other 2 co workers who quit. Why offer me a raise when I quit? Why wasn't I offered what I was worth a year ago? Why wait? Well this offer didn't work for me and the other 2.
