Corporate CEO, Sue, P. didn't give a darn about people, just profits. Short staffed constantly, old outdated pos for cafe- still had dial up for credit cards until 2021. Closed leaving community without a hospital , I wonder how many of the local residents died enroute to the closest hospital now a 30 minute ambulance ride. And leaving over 300 employees jobless, who couldn't just up and move to another city. HR that didn't support management. Corporate Leadership at Reading was useless they didn't understand the distinct differences in demographics and cultures of the areas where they purchased hospitals... not everything that worked at Reading (the mothership) would work in some small rural areas.... while they preached diversity. They didn't understand the diversity of the communities they serviced.

Toxic environment. Priority on who you know, not what you know. Temper tantrum outbursts by grown men in senior/leadership positions. HR is a joke. Conflicts of interests with the Board, their businesses and employing their family.
