Pros

- The base pay is low, but due to benefits such as premiums, food, transport, and other bonuses and veterancy, the salary will increase this including if you could upsell - friendly people - has day care - have free meals to save money - same as above, but you can use the specialized card to buy food or drugs, reducing your financial stress - Have transport vans, reducing your travel costs - near malls to buy gifts or buy food - provides Christmas hams at the end of the year

Cons

- frequent changes in manpower - if they are low in people, they will take agents on a preexisting campaign and transfer - although there are advantages, such as a salary boost due to bonuses from sales and such, this also creates skill mismatch - Depending on the campaign or your mental capability to handle stress, some campaigns are toxic - Agents that could or would be promoted will have to wait if they got an escalation, which may add to their current infraction, assuming they got another one during production activities

Pros

Working at home but only after 6 months presencial.

Cons

Low salary for the workload. Team lacks cultural diversity and inclusion. French project mostly handled by Arabic-speaking colleagues, which creates communication barriers. No representation of Portuguese culture despite being a company based in Portugal.
