Good compensation, good workinh environment

Cons

CEO should visit the BACOLOD branch. It looks like a dungeon right now. I heard ATTRITION of BACOLOD BRANCH is VERY HIGH. If one of your branches is having trouble maintaining a good performance. I think, probably the head management needs to do something to bypass the decaying system. Agents are BURNT OUT. MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY EXHAUSTED. I think its time to scrutinize, what's goin on inside.

pay increases, you are supposed to move up in the company, monthly bonuses, its regular customer service work

Cons

scheduling could be better and it can be kind of lonely working from home and not knowing any of your co-workers
