Pros

Gaining some experience in customer service field. Good multinational environment. It worth apply for if you don't have any experience with multinational companies or you are new in Hungary, but I suggest keep applying for a better position in another company.

Cons

low salary which is enough for surviving but don't hope be rich with this job. any feedback about you process, Transcom's Team Leaders don´t help so much to the employers, so they are always struggling with customers by their own.

Friendly officemates who have the same sentiments.

Cons

Managers don't know what they are doing. POLITICS!! No trainings, no annual bonus, no yearly appraisal No Structure, no process, everyone has their own process, other department have no concern over the other teams. Managers always blame their own people and doesn't take accountability. No Mission Vision and Core Values

Pros

Offers very flexible hours and has many employee perks/premiums. Dentist/eyewear coverage, deals with certain companies. Also often has events for emplyees like bbqs, etc.

Cons

Management instrutions can be unclear, work itself is not stimulating per say. Long hours at desk, no clear way of moving up. Opportunity for advancement not based on seniority
