Pros

Working at Unifirst was a fun venture temporarily, but unfortunately it's not all that you are led to believe.

Cons

Management is controlling, albeit manipulative and condescending. This leads to a negative work environment with several violent indicents recently involving multiple staff members from different ethnicities. Management completely overlooks the abusive environment that exists on account of several ethnicity clashes and possessive work behaviour.

Pros

It can be a choice if you are desperate and there is no other options.

Cons

Poor management. Youre being used as an asset to cover routes which has zero commission but tons of work. Zero work life balance because you will end up having 10 hour days anyway. No understanding between RSR's and the plant staff. Issues with trucks would be addressed if something serious would happen but Until then, nobody cares.

Pros

Nothing, compensation was bad, management is bad, etc. I only stayed there because I needed a job

Cons

They really do not care about their employees here at all unless they work at head office, and I was part of the office staff that were still getting treated far better than delivery drivers and warehouse staff. Management is super immature and they also do not follow HR regulations
