Pros

Pay is more than anywhere else in the region for my job title.

Cons

We are short providers so they are forcing us to use our PTO, float to another clinic but not get the pay incentive a float gets or take a day off with no pay. Recently informed this could be 1-3 days a week. Very disappointing.

Coworkers Good hours Benefits available-insurance-401k- PTO Pay was ok. Raises depend on meeting specific measures and being excellent in all areas.

Cons

Communication left a lot to be desired. Information at times was not passed along to everyone. Changing managers so frequently left employees on their own. Not everyone is a team player

They focus on employee satisfaction as well as patient satisfaction and they believe they go hand in hand. Easy to advance. Excellent benefits!

Cons

Starting pay, but this is offset by excellent benefits
