-PTO -Flexible Scheduling -Pay (for the area) -You can become a very well rounded employee because everyone is willing to expose you to different departments of the hospital

Cons

-Administration does not appreciate employees -The overall morale is extremely low -The turnover rate is obnoxious -A lot of who I've worked with are opportunist and will take advantage of you whenever they can just to show they are "better"

In a nutshell: The salary was average. The benefits were good benefits. My co-workers felt like family. The work is challenging. An employee has the ability to grow in most places. The company is very structured and expectations are clear for the most part. A very good company

Cons

There was no work-life balance. You could see that some managers were obsessive about facilities being profitable and successful, thereby negatively manipulating employees or treating employees disrespectfully.
