Any positives you see here are lies.

Pros

Learn fast or perish. There is no training or onboarding.

Cons

Too many to mention. Sick environment. Run by cliques and dumb, under qualified CEO. Sooo many current lawsuits from past employees due to bad management decisions. Will blame underlings for everything negative; negate all positive contributions of employees, or take credit. The management from Corporate told employees to go on Glassdoor as and flood with positive reviews to counteract all the (truthful) negative reviews. So, keep that in mind as you read the blithely positive ones listed here for this corrupt company.

Pros

Great pay for CO, good benefits. Can't get to 20 wd minimum with pros. This is the worst company I have ever worked for and I've been an RN for decades. Their own long term employees trash the place to new orientees as soon as they can.

Cons

RNs are 2 legs and a license, patients are just $$$$. Orientation is horrible and there is no designated charge nurse on a shift. Even the desk nurse will say she is not the charge RN. Techs fill out the assignment sheets even though online classes say a nurse is supposed to. Nurses are expected to chart on patients they have had absolutely no contact with. Mandatory overtime, for which you do not get paid OT. They do not follow any of their own P&Ps, so if something amiss were to happen you better have great malpractice insurance as you will be found culpable if anything were to go wrong.

Pros

You get a paycheck? I really can't think of anything more than that.

Cons

Management is completely out of touch with staff, there's so much favoritism that it's sickening, everything is done with paper and pen so you write the same thing over and over then are questioned for 'getting nothing done', the RN turnover rate is extremely high because RN's are treated like techs, and there's a very, very large issue with medical ethics within this establishment.
