Pros

Always been trusted by managers to do my job and allow me to be flexible with my working. Manager and my team are really supportive even though we are global. So many excellent researchers within the company to learn from, and through our customers we get to work with great UX people across lots of industries. All the teams are so passionate about what they do - design, engineering, support, sales etc - it's infectious.

Cons

HR used to be a bit disorganised but lightyears ahead of what it was when I joined. Be better if London office had own kitchen space.
