Pros

The work culture is amazing! I love my coworkers; it's easy to reach out and ask for help--everyone is extremely friendly and genuine. My managers have always made me feel like I am cared about as a person, and I appreciate that they are always providing and encouraging us to take opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

UserTesting has grown a lot in the past few years and is shaping up to be a formidable company. As such, working here, you can expect a lot of changes (in internal processes, etc.) that will eventually lead the company to greater success.

Pros

The company is growing fast! That gives individual employees a lot of opportunity to affect best practices and how we do things on a company wide basis. Lots of opportunity to have your voice heard by your direct managers and executives.

Cons

The company expects employees to affect change if you see something that needs to be changed or made better. This can put a lot of pressure on employees, but overall is worth it. Complainers need not apply. If you have an issue help figure out how to fix it!
