Pros

Salary is good, commission structure is better than average. Great product. Good people for the most part.

Cons

Extreme pressure to hit targets. They celebrate employees with MULTIPLE HR cases against them, extreme cases of favouritism verging on misogyny at times, constant stress that you'll get sacked in another cut.

Pros

Some great colleagues below VP level. Product had great potential (but some decisions ruined it)

Cons

Completely US centric. No proper planning - it is evident most of this senior group has not traveled out much. It's starting to feel like they created international offices so that they could call themselves an international company and give themselves global titles. Guess what, the stock since IPO has tanked until a buyout from private equity. Still trying to convince people that the buyout is great for the company when we all know it's doing nothing for the common employee and provides a nice stock exit for some people. Guess what's going to happen once the transaction completes, it's not rocket science given it's a common theme in the tech industry this season. Oh did I also mention the last 2 years of product features felt like the product team just builds what they think is cool rather than what creates any commercial value in the market? Product value is in all honesty the panel, yet the panel team finds it too difficult to manage the task of growing the panel hence limited development of international panel. Marketing is a particularly fat layer who create questionable leads and never want to open up their dashboards because they possibly know they fudged the data. Really giving them a lot of credit here because it's also possible they don't understand their own data. Sales is run by leaders who only apply fear, pressure and good old sales methodologies. If you didn't get a deal, it's because you didn't fill out MEDDICC properly. Also they come on calls and bring up irrelevant points to the customer. Partnerships team should just partner up and exit together because there's been no value created from that team. Some even struggle to string together a sentence during presentations. Seriously still asking us to bring you into deals to prove your existence?
