Pros

Great opportunity as a combined business (UserTesting+UserZoom+EnjoyHQ) to continue to grow in the market, as market leaders.

Cons

Due to the merger, it feels like there are a lot of things being held together by a piece of string and not operating optimally. Middle management, especially sales managers/VPs, don't seem to have the experience to take the org to the next level. Not a bad executive team but could do with some refreshing as a lot of worked together for a long time which isn't always great.

Pros

Generally great people to work with. Very helpful and open to support each other.

Cons

Great cultural values, that are not followed through on. Highschool feel and clicky mentality. If you have a voice and want to be heard and make an impact, this may not be the right place.
