Pros

A bunch of new execs have joined along with some old. This seems to be a really good combo and you can feel the energy. I feel like we have a professional team to lead us forward quickly and what is very good is going to become great! I love that this company allows employees to work remotely and respects people to get their work done without mandating time and location. Brilliant!

Cons

Having different suites in Mountain View isn't helping the team. We need a high class facility like San Francisco and Atlanta where we can all be together.

- The London office's were to a very high standard. - The company allows flexible working hours and the ability to work from home.

Cons

- The company suffers considerably with a distinct lack of culture and values. - The global senior management team takes no responsibility for their actions on the wider workforce. - Management's complete apathy towards staff contributes to poor morale and no sense of team. - Employees are not empowered or supported to succeed.
