Pros

The company culture is fantastic, and the product sells itself. I'm also very impressed by the talented and hard-working employees that UserTesting continues to develop and hire. I'm very excited and optimistic about UserTesting's future.

Pros

- Talented researchers (or whatever is left of them) - Nice offices - Some remote working (1day per week max, not every week) is allowed

Cons

- Very low people retention - Management is poor and inexperienced - Salaries below the market average - No training provided - US-based HR is unaware of UK procedures and legislation.

Pros

Nice Office and equipment Nice ambient Remote working HHRR department is awesome.

Cons

Low salary Tech debt increasing CTO and tech VP's seem to be absent of what is happening on the core of its product. Toxic people staying around being overvaluated; nice new incorporations being undervaluated. Closed circle sensation.
