Pros

I cannot recommend working for this company highly enough. They have been so supportive of me and I really enjoy the project I am working on and the autonomy and trust I am given by my team and peers. To list a few others: - The people are intelligent, caring and supportive - We have great communication and collaboration across all teams - our CEO regularly message on slack! - Our benefits are outstanding and we are rewarded for our hard work - Many career progression Opportunities - Fantastic values that resonate with all of us and are frequently used - When the world opens up again, we have a fantastic office in George Street, Edinburgh and we will be invited to visit our colleagues in America!

Cons

I am still in the honeymoon phase as such so there are very few cons for me atm! We are a global company, all collaborating remotely across many timezones and it can be difficult to manage at times. We have big goals for 2021 so I'm really interested to be part of this and see where the year takes us.
