Pros

A rapidly-growing company in an accelerating industry with some really talented and passionate employees, many opportunities for career development, and a flexible work culture.

Cons

Any scale-up business requires effort and hard work on the part of employees to get stuff done—perfect if you have the right mentality and attitude, but potentially overwhelming for those who can't keep up with a fast-paced environment.
