Pros

Awesome people, a focus on self-improvement, and an engineering culture that emphasizes collaboration.

Cons

It's a bit chaotic, because of the focus on 'self-organized groups'. Getting significant technical changes through requires buy-in from a lot of people.

Pros

It was one of my favorite places to work! The Sales Team Management helped me get ramped up in the UX space. The UX industry has a lot of moving parts so working with the team and management to learn the space was key! I felt knowledgeable speaking with clients and having internal conversations about UX.

Cons

Growing pains, which is what comes with the territory in the Tech industry. Patience is key when performing multiple roles.

Pros

Can't think of a single one.

Cons

The blind leading the blind. Sales management is as inexperienced as they are unprofessional. From training, to on boarding, to monthly commission payout there is a gross lack of direction, a negligent approach to procedure and incestual relationships are complete with favoritism. Unless you're looking for a job where frat house meets wild, wild west I recommend avoiding this company and a negative "user experience".
