Pros

Great product with very little competition in the market. Smartest group of folks I've had the pleasure of working with. Perks like free lunch and massages.

Cons

Inexperienced management that does not know how to lead of a company of UserTesting's size to an IPO. Management is notoriously bad at communicating and being transparent. Morale on the sales team is very low because very few people are hitting quotas. Beware of the overly positive reviews on this site, they ask employees to post positive reviews after they get a set of bad ones.

Pros

Great environment, amazing people and wonderful culture.

Cons

Not clear career path in my department. Lots of changes during each year. Too much uncertainty.
