It's a start-up with a lot of heart!

Pros

Amazing group of very smart, very kind, very friendly coworkers; not surprisingly, the company culture is excellent; there's commitment to world-class service from the top down and bottom up; project ownership is a common thread here, as people like to take on projects and own them instead of constantly passing the buck; we like to get things done and have fun doing it!

Cons

Sometimes we run out of snacks in the break room and it's sad, but something that you can curb by bringing your own personal snack stash; there's a strong desire for work-life balance but it really is rather imbalanced at the time (working weekends is not unheard of, even though we don't brag about it)

The best company I've ever worked for

Pros

I've worked for small fast growing companies, and for big companies with great benefits. But coming to work for UserTesting has been best career move I've made yet. It has that excitement you can only find at a fast growing startup. But there's a sense of stability that's rare for a company like this. Here's what makes this a special place to work in my mind: - UserTesting sells a product you can believe in. - This is a rewarding work place, where you can make a difference. - There is a great company culture. - Never a dull moment. - The executives are a hands-on group that care about their employees.

Cons

I just spent a minute trying to think of something. But I can't come up with any significant cons.

Pros

I enjoy working at Usertesting because the CEO, COO, and CPO are all open to listening to new ideas from anyone within the organization. If the idea sounds good then they will move forward with it. Usertesting also encourages personal growth by providing money for education as part of the benefit package and a library of books to read.

Cons

Growth has caused office space to feel a bit crammed (at least until we move into a new space).
