Pros

UserTesting is an amazing place to work because they love to hire people who are smart, effective, and nice. The company is growing very quickly, but they still have a start-up culture, which helps to build your career in the direction you want to go. They have great benefits, smart and funny employees, and excellent leadership.

Cons

I've been with UserTesting for 2 weeks, and there are so many new people every week that it's so challenging to learn and remember so many new faces!

Pros

UserTesting is a place where your creativity is never hindered - everyone is always looking for a way to work better, more efficiently, and provide more for our clients and internal teams. I've seen it grow over the past coupe of years, continually adding benefits and making sure your feedback is heard - good or bad - for the betterment of the company. It's exciting to know your voice is heard, and to see continual improvement, satisfaction, and results!

Cons

As a startup company, the compensation is adequate but not necessarily competitive. They make up for it in other ways, like making it a fun place to work and ensuring that you'll see the benefits long-term. It is a startup so it will definitely pay off!

Pros

Work with other teams on projects, can have discretion on workflows, time flexibility.

Cons

We're evaluated based on arbitrary and superfluous criteria ("you're not like us", need to be a better "fit"). Managers are arrogant and condescending. I don't think the CEOs would approve of them were they aware of their team management skills.

I'm the CEO of UserTesting and I'd like to point out that this review is from someone who is on our panel of testers. They are not an employee of UserTesting.
