The people and culture, everyone's all in it together. Also helps when you have a fantastic product and a great opportunity.

Cons

Not enough meeting rooms or phone booths for calls

Pros

The people are driven, intelligent, and genuinely like to have fun in a safe competitive environment. Culture supports continuous improvement and incremental gains. Everyone is open, honest, transparent, and when there are challenges people team up with no egos. Really an exemplary sales organization lead by experienced sales leaders whom I genuinely respect, learn from, and who care about me as an individual, as a employee, and as a part of the team.

Cons

As with any scale up, there are always challenges with running the tactical performance track in parallel with the strategic, get ready for growth track. This creates a high paced, hard working environment with an exciting vision to be a part of building something big. Its not for everyone, but if you are driven and passionate about what you do, you get through the tough days with our vision and mission in mind. Really helps that we have such a great team of people as well.

Pros

I joined UserZoom about a year ago and have made more money than at any other time in my career, and in an environment that is truly fulfilling, challenging and supportive. The culture is all about incremental improvement and the leadership walks the walk; I've been selling enterprise software / SaaS for well over a decade and this is the most experienced, thoughtful, collaborative sales leadership I've ever had. Every day I improve and expand my ability to partner with clients around compelling and meaningful solutions and strategy, and have the smartest resources on my team to make it all happen. If you're a pro with high expectations and you're looking for a place where you can grow, have fun, and make a ton of money, this is it. Lastly, funny thing about culture... some companies constantly make outward claims about it, like they're hoping it will stick, but very few companies just have it, without feeling like they have to talk about it incessantly. UserZoom is the latter.

Cons

I've been doing this long enough to know that no place is nirvana, but within the spectrum of what's possible and within reality, I honestly don't have any cons worthy of mentioning. I'd be picking nits, and for anyone accomplished enough in their career and ambition to qualify for this company (the people I'm actually talking to here), you won't care about that stuff.
