      Never have I worked for a company in which everyone shares a common vision and works equally indefatigably, positively, and adventurously to make that vision become a reality.

      Cons

      The deli on campus is expensive so bring your own lunch!

      Pros

      Amazing group of very smart, very kind, very friendly coworkers; not surprisingly, the company culture is excellent; there's commitment to world-class service from the top down and bottom up; project ownership is a common thread here, as people like to take on projects and own them instead of constantly passing the buck; we like to get things done and have fun doing it!

      Cons

      Sometimes we run out of snacks in the break room and it's sad, but something that you can curb by bringing your own personal snack stash; there's a strong desire for work-life balance but it really is rather imbalanced at the time (working weekends is not unheard of, even though we don't brag about it)
