      Pros

      It's hard to think of any pros at the moment. Some of the employees are nice.

      Cons

      Onboarding was a disaster, practically nonexistent. "Unlimited FTO" - Sure if you can get maybe a weekend approved. HIGH turnover rate.

      Terrible Record Keeping

      Pros

      Most people are nice and helpful. Some remote work options for departments. Get to work with stuff that goes to space.

      Cons

      Training is terrible if you can call it training at all. You had best know who to talk to when you have a question because trying to look information in the scattered systems is a nightmare and stuff is also missing or wrong so it is not always accurate. Whatever tricks are used to talk between departments is not working because there are constantly issues trying to coordinate labor. Everyone is overworked because there are not enough people to cover everything. There is a constant fear of layoffs and a fear of not being let go and having to pick up the work of your coworkers that were let go. Raises are terrible. Toxic people are not fired because they have too much tribal knowledge.

      Was once a great place to work.

      Pros

      Maxar has very complex infrastructure and architecture that will really put skill, knowledge and experience to the test.

      Cons

      No transparency. Terrible management. Toxic work environment. Lower than average pay scale. Lots of nepotism.
