Pros

All employees work hard as a team to get things done

Cons

The company attempted to right itself until it went public with stocks and shareholders. Business systems disjointed and horribly managed. AP system is terrible, good luck getting payment. Heavy workload for years without relief. Could work 24x7 and still not complete job duties. NOW, no matter how hard you work or how long you have been an employee, we must relocate back to the office, or we are no longer employed. Just so we can see each other at the coffee machine and go back to the desk and do emails and MS Teams anyway. NOW, checking if you are in the building as dictated and monitoring badging in and out of the building. Word has it, warning once, termination second. Wow, adult daycare.

Pros

The everyday interactions with co-workers are great. Good people.

Cons

Where do I start. Terrible benefits from the insurance to the 401k to the tools used to operate the business. Executive leadership is disengaged with workers. They track you daily to make sure you aren't working remote.

Pros

The only pro that I could truthfully think of is just not being unemployed! The company has gotten to a point in which that is all I can say.

Cons

Everything started to deteriorate after the Platinum Equity adquisition. Management in general doesn't care about employees. Executive management mercifully misleads employees with unreal goals and objectives. Every All Hands from upper management is a show (for investors?) with numbers that don't reflect reality in which everything is good and future is bright. They mention they want to attract talent, but nothing is done towards this: there are not ideas that can be put into products, culture is awful and toxic, moral is low, and salaries are mediocre. Lower management just goes along with the game trying to keep the status quo (and maybe severance when they are gone?) They don't filter out the politics and toxicity that comes from above and instead play politics. They had executed multiple slaughters, coff... coff, layoffs, on the software business section misleading, every single time, the employees that are left telling them that was the last time. This is sick! The worse thing is that HHRR goes along with this strategy instead of somehow protecting employees. I could go on and on. My only advice to anybody trying to apply for a job at this company is stay away from it, at least while it's managed by Platinum Equity.
