You might get lucky with a good manager, but the company and leadership is awful

There are a few managers at Vertiv that actually care about their employees
Cons
The company and leadership views/treats you as a number. They demand you learn new skills and support more products/services constantly while not giving you a raise. (for example my position was required to learn system admin technologies without a raise, even though with these skills you can easily find a much higher paying system admin job) Vertiv also provides zero or little training/learning opportunities for what they are demanding. You need to figure out yourself where/how to learn what they expect you to learn. Very little flexibility. You were previously given the go ahead to relocate and work remotely from your manager? Well the managers had their authority to allow remote work retroactively revoked. Now you have an hour+ commute and you show up everyday? Oh well if there's two days in a week where you don't have your car and have to work remotely you get threatened with termination. The best offer they gave me was "If you can't find a way to get to work an hour away after we previously said you could work from home, you are welcome to leave". I took them up on it and found a full time remote job that pays better, has better benefits, actual training, and a much better career outlook. Edit: After reading some reviews and seeing the Vertiv responses about "we value our employees, and here's why enforced RTO is a good thing" I think this tells you all you need to know about the company. You really don't need to know any other information than a ton of people are leaving and giving this place bad reviews while Vertiv says "nuh uh we're a great company". That's what every day is like working for them, shoving sh!t in your mouth and calling it sugar.
