Employee Loyalty Doesn't Get You Very Far

Pros

The company has been aggressive in the M&A market, adding value to our portfolio of products & service offerings available to customers. I think the future is bright in terms of revenue and growth over the next few years.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's just the current the way of corporate environments these days, but associate loyalty and dedication certainly do not get you as far as it used to. I've seen a few dedicated employees driven to burnout, who left the company without so much as a thank you from management. The morale and "team" culture that used to exist are long gone.

Pros

genuinely nice people, interesting work, interesting industry

Cons

They don't value employees. Slim PTO and you only get .03% 401k match year 1. Lack of a clear plan. Layoffs without forethought behind them. Not transparent.

Pros

Plenty of skilled performers here—you’ll definitely hone your survival instincts and might even learn how to fake it like a pro. Management keeps trying to bring in smarter hires because, truthfully, many current employees lack even basic competence. If you get the job, there’s a good chance you’re overqualified. And don’t stress about a background check—if you’ve got baggage but can put on a convincing act, you’ll be just fine. They’re desperate enough to overlook almost anything at this point. Work-life balance isn’t terrible—mostly because no one here actually works that hard (how can they when they don't know what they are doing)

Cons

Most people here are dishonest and fake. They put on a nice face at first, but it's all an act. They don’t care about the work or the people—just about sucking up to upper management. The workplace is filled with underqualified individuals who have no clue how to do their jobs, yet they're too busy kissing up to climb the ladder. It’s honestly shocking how disingenuous and self-serving people can be, especially in such a remote area. Sadly, it reflects the broader mindset of the place—low standards and blind support for incompetence.
