Constant turnover at every level of management. Complete absence of leadership except from micromanaging chairman of the board whose management style has not evolved since 1987. Believes in optimizing shareholder outcomes through employee furloughs. At Christmas. Significant erosion of benefits since going public. No 401k match, no flexible work. Introduced "unlimited PTO" to move accrued PTO 'debt' from books. Has since rebranded 'unlimited' as 'flexible' to ensure employees do not take too much. Basic benefits nightmare.

Salaries do not keep up with inflation. CEO and management have an archaic work system. The company has been remote for 2 years and suddenly changed policy to 100% on-site. Said they would consider allowing those personnel who have a need to be remote to continue, but that was just for show. The excuse to be on-site was better collaboration with colleagues. I do not work/collaborate with anyone in my office and still have to conduct virtual teams meeting when working with my team across the country/globe. They just built a new office complex prior to the pandemic and are trying to justify the expense with the return to the office policy. People are punished for being efficient at there job and management does a lot of happy to glad changes to justify their schedule. No path for career growth. It’s more about a good ole boys club for promotion.
