Honestly, too many to list. If you've been fired, it's a blessing in disguise. If you quit, good for you. If you know someone still there, advise them to get out. Do you have you goals yet? Will your job be outsourced? Will the company be sold? Can you even trust the ones that are left? Your 'friends' are not your friends and will rat on you to save themselves. Survival of the fittest.

The owner infantilizes and disrespects his employees, pitting senior managers against each other and creating an atmosphere of fear. Senior leaders with quantifiable, consistent business results, who are respected by their teams, are let go for no apparent reason. What is expected in a normal business environment - that a leader makes rational business decisions regarding growth plans, goals and resource management, that employees apply creativity and initiative, that rules are applied consistently to all employees -- are all absent here. Many have compared it to a dictatorship, because punishment can come swiftly and unexpectedly, while colleagues are expected to continue on as if nothing happened.
