Executive management, attendance policy is terrible you can clock in 7 minutes early, but one minute after scheduled shift you are late, morale of the store I worked at, high turn over rate, doesn't accept doctor's notes, wouldn't accept accommodations for my health issues (which was not a lot just needing to keep a snack in stock room when my blood sugar dropped).

Extremely low traffic of actual shoppers in this store, which means less sales and less ability to meet sales goals. Pay scale not on par with the other department stores in the same mall. Very outdated dress codes, especially for women if you have to do any bending or lifting for your job. Males that work as seasonal gift wrappers in customer service, have to wear a suit and tie along with a Von Maur smock, which looks absolutely ridiculous. Fashion selections are not "fashionable" nor "trendy". Sales employee's are promoted way too quickly into management positions, without ANY previous management experience, skills nor training.
