It's wonderful to hear you felt supported and inspired by our leadership, as we have have been very intentional about fostering an open and inclusive culture where our leaders are committed to the growth and success of everyone on their teams. We're also very proud of the perks and benefits we offer our employees, we believe investing in our people and giving them peace of mind when it comes to benefits is the right thing to do. We've worked really hard the last few years to create a clear and transparent strategic plan that gives our people a real sense of direction, but we have had to pivot in response to economic realities to ensure we're still providing a great product and value to our customers. It's also important to note that demand for production engineering has gone up across the board. Having recognized the need we made our own investments in that area. We feel confident that our plan for 2024 should allow everyone at WP Engine to understand where we're headed as a company and provide that sense of direction going forward.
