Pros
They were willing to hire if the job needed more hands. Development, evaluation and managers were willing to make the necessary changes to allow the work to flow in a proper work week and to meet the schedule. Company had and was willing to invest in technology to make the job easier. If you could make a reasonable case to the managers, they would bring it forward. They often used cutting edge technologies in development. Many the company had long tenures, someone who was there for 7 years was considered a newbie. They have 2 on site fully equipped gyms with a personal trainer in each.
Cons
The only con was that it was not very convenient to the Boston area. There are 3 offshore sites where development occurs, this does cause a bit of an issue when needing to resolve problems.
