Drama, buddy system, lies and empty promises. You'll work your butt off and others will take the credit and run your name right into the ground.

Lots of opportunities to fix problems and get experience.

Cons

Not willing to invest in employees. They run the office like it is a grade school and always question what you are doing and where you are going. None of the managers have an education and only make decisions for what makes them look better. The company has low pay and is more worried about making money instead of helping a customer. You can't be a manager unless you are friends with other managers. There is no future for this company. You know its a great company when the city they are in won't even buy products from them anymore.
