Easy work, poor management

Pros

The work was easy and the pay was ok. No mandatory overtime Co-workers were very kind and willing to share their knowledge about the position and the industry

Cons

You will not likely learn many transferable skills. Software systems were slow and antiquated. Too many of their business practices were redundant and inefficient. The management was the worst I have ever experienced.
