Pros

They pay was great and no overtime, which was a bonus. The machines were in pretty good shape.

Cons

God awful management that actively goes out to screw over the worker Also they only hire white males for the factory. I cant believe that they can still get away with this but they do.

Pros

For the area, it pays better in my opinion. Some very nice people there. The plant is very clean. And their precast concrete products are something to be proud of being a part of producing.

Cons

Disorganized. They expect a lot from their people and people are often doing the work of 3 people-maybe more (at least in the office). Too much favoritism between managers and certain people. The company culture is way too conservative. The work space is un-inspiring. While there are some very nice people there, there are also some people who come across nice, but will "backstab" you. In short, I was glad to be let go, and I never miss it. However, some people have been there 10, 20 or more years, so I guess it appeals to some.

Only worker no one to boss you around except the office guy to which he stays inside all day because he doesn't care for the safety of his employees

Cons

The boss is the kind of guy who will say do as I say not as I do. It is not a safe environment at all
