      I love the culture here

      Pros

      Management listens, respects you, and wants you to grow. You're also not a number here. Everyone knows your name and wants to see you succeed .

      Cons

      Apparently after the merger there was a lot of bad blood, some older employees still want things to be back how they used to be and some didn't like the changes. However, if you are a new hire you will love it there.

      Pros

      In the few years I’ve been with Waystar in sales, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some ridiculously smart, driven and passionate people. Everyone is always happy to pass their knowledge along and help each other out, even between departments, which is really refreshing. Selling is always much easier when you believe in your pitch. I truly feel that Waystar’s solutions make a difference for our clients which brings me a lot of satisfaction and pride in what I do.

      Cons

      We have experienced a lot of change in the past year, which can be distracting. However, we have a strong mission and purpose that is easy to galvanize around, which helps me focus on the task at hand.

      Pros

      Waystar does a great job of being transparent with regards to what is happening within the company. They pay well and offer great incentives and rewards. Not only is it a great place to grow your career but it also has great people. I enjoy coming to work every day. If you are looking to get into healthcare and technology, Waystar is the place to get started and grow your career.

      Cons

      With any company that has rapid growth comes great opportunities, but also growing pains. That is what makes it so fun and challenging. We are blazing the trail!
