Senior management and execs are clueless, the entire business is burning around them and they continue to ignore the staff and live off their own inflated bonuses while the real workers are worrying if they will have a job in the next couple of months like I don't now... Wejo employees may be lucky to have the "Chief people officer" conduct a meeting once in a blue moon flutter her eyelids and say everything is fine even thought they have just cut 25% of their workforce and knowing there will be more later in the year. Senior management continue to mis-direct the technical/product teams on a daily basis. Start this project and then the following week drop tools as we need to do this next "wonder" project which will then also be cut in a few more weeks after that. Sales are actually pretty good and some of the sales team are stellar performers and have been there many years and contributed 100x more than any of the executives. We as the wider team are shown the inflated annual sales targets in the town halls and considering Wejo burns through 5-6 million a month unfortunately the hard work of the sales team will never be noted as it will always look like they are underachieving. THEN,,,,,, last but not least the CEO..... RICHARD BARLOW, never have I worked under a CEO who has the charisma of grass cuttings. You need someone with drive, leadership & experience in this particular industry and unfortunately Richard has none of this. He can raise a lot of capital through investment but he also knows have to spend it.... incorrectly INVESTORS STAY AWAY!!
