Easy work, no accountability, good benefits

Cons

Bad management, forced to do others work, lazy coworkers, drama with all women employed there, they say they treat you like family (red flag always)

Great for line level employees, but not for upper management

Health insurance is great. Free turkey or ham at Thanksgiving

Cons

Directors receive discretionary time not vacation/sick. Not allowed to use all of it and it has no cash value when you leave. They lure you in with 6 weeks of time off but only allow you to use 2. They have a policy that prohibits you from using it all.
