Pros

The schedule is flexible, and you get paid weekly. Management provides clear expectations, and working remotely is convenient.

Cons

You must work every weekend, and QA expectations can feel high, especially with a lot of voicemails while still needing to keep LPH up. Part-time employees don’t get breaks, and write-ups happen for very small issues.

Pros

You can make your own schedule.

Cons

Low pay, hardly get a raise if so it's cents, you don't do only customer service, you have to have a certain amount of leads per hour, or your schedule can gwt cut or you can get laid off, it's hard to win contests and that's your only incentive per month or quarter.

Pros

I wouldn't even say that there are any pros to this job

Cons

They have unrealistic expectations which lead you to taking non-stop back-to-back calls for hours constantly and you have no downtime . And then if you even mess up at all they immediately start threatening you with termination and saying that you're committing fraud. They are a horrible company to work for and they have horrible management. All you're doing is calling out to people asking them if they want to set up a consultation for home improvement, in this case it's champion, and most of these people have no idea why we're calling them so it's essentially cold calling. This should be illegal.
