Pros

There are none, however, Glassdoor needs five words.

Cons

Buckle up buttercup; we're about to go on a ride: Pay to work ratio is WILDLY skewed in the company's favor. The assignment of tasks to be completed is uneven between peers. Jobs are eliminated (or abandoned) and not filled until the strain becomes so much that more people leave. Looking for diversity? Tough luck. Work life balance? Also no. (They claim to have unlimited PTO, but guilt you into not using it.)

Pros

Benefits, front line employees are great to work with.

Cons

There is a lot wrong here, the entire company is moving offshore in the ruse of "diversity", SEB runs the product roadmap. If SEB ends up leaving as a customer the entire business will shut down, they do not have enough revenue coming in from other sources to maintain the workforce. C suite is only focused on IPO, they do not care about their work force, they do not care about career development, they do not care about 90% of their customers.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. As a young company with big growth ambitions, we appreciate all feedback, good or bad. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the benefits we offer, as this is an area we are continually reviewing and improving as we grow. That said, it seems you didn’t have a great experience overall, and we’re sorry to hear that. At Xplor, we’re proud of the way we communicate regularly and transparently with employees, and we know this is as much our responsibility to share information, as it is our employees’ responsibility to read and watch the news shared, and ask questions when they have them. We intentionally use a social media style communication platform, Workplace by Meta, so that every time anyone shares an update, employees can ask follow up questions. On the mix of topics you’ve listed, we’ve communicated about all of them, on multiple occasions, over the last few years. We care deeply about helping our employees grow and develop. That’s why everyone at Xplor gets free access to LinkedIn Learning (over 80% of employees have taken this up already), we offer specific training for all leaders (70% of managers have attended at least one session in 2024) and we’ve recently launched competencies for all job levels, to create more clarity on how to grow your career at Xplor. On communications around topics like an IPO, we hold regular Global All Hands and vertical/divisional All Hands, so people can ask real-time questions of our senior leaders. We also do regular video interviews with our Executive team, and always post these on our internal platform where people can tag leaders and ask questions. We haven’t said anything about doing an IPO for over two years now, and we’ve been very clear about that on multiple occasions. We opened our India Talent Hub last year, as India is a great place to hire top tech talent and we’re really proud of our team there, how they’re coming together and the great features and benefits they’re already adding to many of our products. We continue to invest in our engineering as we scale our business and expand our products into new regions – we’ve added 209 new engineering roles globally in the last 12 months. And our customers are the lifeblood of our company – we care about them and their success, because many of us were once customers, so we know the challenges they face. We actively seek feedback from all our customers, and we’re working to improve how we share news about our Product roadmap and upcoming features and benefits with them. We’re the first to put our hands up and say that Xplor is on a journey, and that we have a lot of work to do, to get where we want to go. We’re committed to continuing to communicate clearly about this, through open, two-way channels and we encourage all employees to take responsibility for staying connected with what’s going on at Xplor and speak and ask questions of their leaders. We wish you all the best in your career, thank you.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciate our flexible working approach and our commitment to Inclusion & Diversity, particularly in our hiring practices. We’ve put a lot of effort into constantly improving how we hire and ensuring we always have diverse candidate slates. And we regularly hear from our employees that they appreciate our flexible working policy, to help people balance work and life. We’re sorry to hear other parts of your experience at Xplor haven’t been great. We welcome all feedback, and provide multiple ways for employees to share it – on our internal communication platform, or directly to managers, senior leaders and our People team, and anonymously through our regular engagement surveys and our Whistleblowing hotline. As you’re still an employee, please feel free to use one of these channels to share more of your concerns, so we can properly address them. We opened our India Talent Hub last year, as India is a great place to hire tech talent and we’re proud of our new team there, how they’re coming together, working with our global team and the great features and benefits they’re already adding to many of our products. Our global engineering team is helping us take our products into new regions, delivering more for our customers than ever before. We’re also proud of the broad mix of benefits we provide for our people and how we invest in the growth and personal development of our Xplorers. Over 80% of employees have activated their free LinkedIn Learning licence, so they can access expert learning content whenever they want. Over 50% of our managers regularly attend our leadership development sessions, so they can keep growing their leadership skills. And because we know the importance of great leaders, we offer all our senior leaders regular one on one coaching, so they can keep getting better at what they do. We believe in helping our people grow while they’re with us, and will continue to do more to make this true for every Xplorer. Xplor is still a young company, and we are building foundations for the future – which is why we always appreciate all feedback. We’d love it if you’d consider reaching out to one of our People Team to talk about your concerns in more detail – but thanks for this feedback, we appreciate it.
