      Culture has fallen apart

      Pros

      Some really good people still work here who want to be part of something bigger than themselves. These are people who want a good place to spend their day, feel like they've contributed and are proud of what they've accomplished.

      Cons

      The company leadership does not appreciate effort, hard work, customer service or long hours. They only care about short-term results. Leadership has openly said that they don't understand why culture and enjoyment in the workplace are important.....only results which lead to larger bonuses. You get a bonus one day out of the year. What about the other 248 days/year you work? Don't you want to enjoy what you do on a daily basis and feel that you're appreciated?

      Pros

      Lots of vacation and holidays, but you can’t use them because of workload. Pay is pretty good Was respected in the Holland area due to formerly being owned by Prince. All Holland tech center employees were offered a position in Novi. Turnover is creating a lot of opportunity to grow with the company. Well, if you are willing to relocate or are from the Novi area.

      Cons

      They are closing up the Holland tech center. Turnover was bad before, but it is really bad now. Legacy systems are horrible in that they were not fully implemented. Meaning SAP for finance date, and MFG Pro for ops. Their contract review process is Is the worst I have ever seen. The new QAD launch is not going well... from my prospective it appears not enough testing was done before rolling it out.

      Pros

      Company will lure you to take position and then lay you off. Good relocation Benefits.

      Cons

      Company does not pay it's bills and will lie to you to get you take a position. You have been warned. Very mismanaged company. Job is always in jeopardy. Will not buy spare parts. Machines are not cared for. People are used and discarded.
