      Good Company But Needs Improvement

      Pros

      Fair starting wages, good benefit/insurance package, usually plenty of overtime available.

      Cons

      Terrible communication between management and employees. Also, supervisors show a lot of favortism to some employees, and don't apply the rules equally to everyone.

      Racist, talked to like trash, will expect you to work 80 hours per week and only pay you for 45

      Must fight for work/life balance; understaffed; poorly managed; far more work that employees to do the work; high turnover rate; low-ball salary and vacation time. If considering employment, ask about work/life balance; work load and turnover rate....get answers in writing. You will be told one thing but it won't be an accurate representation of the work environment. They talk the talk but do not walk it.
