Pros

the Benefits, and the people.

Cons

If you are not what they think is a face of Happy, they don't want you there, and fire people after loss, and health issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It’s good to hear you found flexibility and appreciated the healthcare support and your colleagues. Your comments around leadership accountability, clarity, and team dynamics point to deeper structural aspects that can affect morale and performance. These are valuable insights that show the importance of aligning culture with action, particularly in high-pressure environments.

Pros

- Opportunities for personal growth and learning opportunities - Remote work (Depends on team, Bellevue and SFO got RTO'd)

Cons

- Culture changed a lot since pandemic. Feels like there's little soul left - Some of the leadership is great, others not so much. - Depending on your manager, there's no chance to get promotion - Frequently working two time zones

Pros

The pay was good and generally above average.

Cons

It was a cool company, but it’s lost its way in the last few years. Instead of capitalizing on the momentum the pandemic brought and establishing strong processes, they continued their “move fast and break things” startup attitude and ended up breaking everything. There were constant layoffs, total lack of empathy across all segments of the business, and a general lack of direction. I would not recommend working here unless they make significant changes to their leadership and business.
