Very strong management team, all that I encountered were approachable, personable, and helpful

Cons

For such a large successful company, would have hoped to be included in bonus program and regular performance reviews

Great company to work for... if you're above the age of 50. Good C level leadership, friendly working environment, great people.

Cons

If you are younger, this place is great to work for experience, but don't look here for money.

Pros

Nice place to just start your inning. There are few nice people who know how to deal with their employees.

Cons

Unprofessional working environment. Dirty politics and people try to blame others after committing mistake. Warehouse experience was worse, employees only talk in there native language. And does not think about others. Very less pay, no bonus nothing. No criteria while hiring, even high school pass people are working within an organisation and holding the manager and director positions.
