Pros

You get to work with very smart people who know the business well. They are a leader the space and are a well respected company. They are also a patriotic organization which is a great thing since they do many government contracts. They have a real good team spirit and its contagious in a good way.

Cons

This may have changed since I have been there, but it would be great of all employees received stock as an incentive.

ePlus is an entrepreneurial company, if you are looking to advance your career ePlus offers that with training, experience and upward mobility. It is however, not handed out to you, ePlus is the type of company to support you in your endeavors but not spoon feed them to you.

Cons

ePlus has grown fast and working out process. Executive staff has identified issues and is actively working to solve them.
