What I don't like is dealing with a demanding leadership with horrible communication skills. Our leaders expect a lot from us, and they often adjust the targets and goals to our detriment. But they don't care. They don't care if we get stressed and exhausted only for them to adjust things without consulting us. Our leaders are terrible, and their communication is even worse.

The main issue was the lack of clarity around priorities and expectations. Goals shifted frequently, guidance was inconsistent, and work was often redone due to changing requirements. Communication across teams felt fragmented, which made collaboration frustrating and inefficient. Decisions were made without sufficient context, leaving employees to guess what success looked like. Over time, the confusion became draining and made it difficult to stay engaged.
