Allied is thrilled to announce our partnership with Genesys Works! Working with the Chicago Public Schools arena here in Chicago and other underserved communities throughout the country, Genesys Works is a 14-month program designed to create self-confident, well-rounded students during the Spring of their junior year of high school. They provide professional training and meaningful work experiences to equip and empower students with the skills required to move forward in a life of economic self-sufficiency. With over 700 applicants in Chicago, Genesys is able to take 200 students, making this a very competitive experience as well. Allied has two interns starting in November for the remainder of the school year! Our team of empowering, compassionate leaders and employees are looking forward to helping these students develop their professional skills while providing an educational introduction into the healthcare industry…and making a “networking connection” for life. Thank you to Genesys Works for providing us with this rewarding opportunity – we can’t wait to meet our interns!
Congratulations, Steve Savanna, on his promotion to Regional Vice President! Steve started with Allied in 2012 as an Account Representative with a drive to succeed. His commitment to building Allied has been tremendous in our growth and innovative partnerships from coast-to-coast. Steve is based in Chicago, and will oversee markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northwest regions. We are very excited to share this achievement, and all that is to come with our expanding sales force!

We recently celebrated Women?s Equality Day with a live Zoom discussion focused on women in the workplace. Allies also joined in the discussion to become well-informed on the discrimination and/or stereotypes women may face , in order to effectively support their female colleagues in the workplace. At Allied, we believe in being a supportive family - and it was a joy to see a large group from our Family participate in this impactful discussion. We look forward to sharing news and updates regarding additional, diversity-focused Allied events in the coming months.
