Thanks for sharing this. The team experience is something we're proud of, so w'ere glad that was a consistent strength during your time in Sydney! We're actively building out better support structures for our Sydney team, including clearer expectations around availability and more flexibility in how people manage their workload. If you're open to sharing more about what specifically felt inflexible, your former manager or our People team would welcome that conversation. For prospective employees in Sydney: Ask about flexibility expectations, how the team manages time zones, and what work-life balance looks like in practice. We're working to make sure what we offer matches what people actually experience. Thanks again for your thoughts - we wish you the best in your career!

Thanks for sharing this after more than three years in Heredia. Fair pay, hybrid flexibility, and great coworkers are real strengths, so we're glad those worked well for you! Clear communication, setting expectations right, and giving recognition are things we're actively investing in through manager training, clearer communication frameworks, and recognition programs that make sure contributions don't go unnoticed. We want every manager at AC to operate with the clarity and consistency that makes teams feel supported and valued. For prospective employees in Heredia: Ask about how managers communicate expectations, what recognition looks like, and how decisions get made. You should get specific answers. Thanks again for sharing - good luck in your current role!

Pros

-free office lunches -free public transport pass -free private health insurance -lots of inbound leads

Cons

-no training -no culture -multiple instances of unethical behaviour in the sales team ignored by management -highly transactional with little variety, job is basically doing 3-5 demo's a day to very small businesses (mostly sole operators) and asking for their credit card at the end of the call -targets are unrealistic

Thanks for sharing this. Free lunches, transport, health insurance, and strong inbound leads are real strengths in the Sydney office, and we're glad those delivered! We hold our teams to high ethical standards, and we have multiple channels available, including direct conversations with People Ops, for anyone who experienced something that felt off to feel comfortable using them. That feedback matters and helps us ensure we're living up to the culture we're building. On training, we're building out more structured onboarding and ongoing development for our Sales teams globally, including Sydney, to ensure people have the skills and support to succeed from day one rather than figuring it out independently. On targets, we regularly review how quotas are set to ensure they're ambitious but achievable, and grounded in real market data. If Sydney targets weren't reflecting the reality of the market, that's feedback that directly informs how we calibrate going forward. For prospective employees in Sydney: Ask about how the Sales team is structured, what training and ramp support looks like, how targets are set, and what the process is for raising concerns. You should get clear, direct answers. We wish you luck in your future career endeavors - thank you again.
