      Good company events, decent supers, and good benefits

      Cons

      No appreciation for staff or time worked. Way to much politics and if you have worked here for 30 years you can do whatever you want. Management does not structure anything and stays away from groups. Always feel like you are all alone working through your project. No team morale. Direct manager is micro-manager for the worse!!!! Can really make your job a nightmare with their knit picky ways.
